Due to the nature of bulk distribution, orders are processed with care and consideration, and return or refund requests are reviewed individually based on product status, delivery conditions, and operational timelines.
Return inquiries must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from confirmed delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review. Timely communication allows us to accurately assess product condition, shipment responsibility, and potential resolution options.
Products considered for return must remain unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all labels and documentation intact. Items showing signs of handling, modification, resale, or improper storage may not qualify for further evaluation under this policy.
If an order arrives damaged or with discrepancies attributable to Digital Digitribution LLC, notification must be provided within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Supporting evidence may be required to determine responsibility and assess the most appropriate corrective action.
Refunds are not automatically issued and are subject to internal review upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Determinations are based on compliance with policy requirements, responsibility assessment, and product condition at the time of evaluation.
Approved returns must follow provided return instructions. Return shipping and handling costs will be handled by Digital Distribution Network LLC. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be declined or returned without processing to maintain distribution integrity.
Digital Digitribution LLC reserves the right to interpret, apply, or modify this policy at any time. Policy updates become effective immediately upon posting and are intended to align with operational standards, compliance requirements, and evolving business practices.
